He completed his articleship with Banshi Jain & Associates, Mumbai where he developed a strong foundation in financial reporting, audit processes and regulatory compliance. Over the years, Shubham has worked closely with business owners and finance teams gaining a practical understanding of business operations, risk areas and financial discipline.
His experience enables him to approach client engagements with a balance of technical depth and commercial awareness, delivering tailored advice and practical solutions aligned with client needs.

Kshitij Gholap is a Chartered Accountant with over six years professional experience spanning global consulting and corporate treasury functions. He has worked with KPMG in the Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS) practice, where he gained exposure to internal controls, process reviews and risk management frameworks across large organisations.
He has also worked with HDFC Credila Financial Services in the Treasury function, where he was involved in liquidity management, funding operations and financial planning within a regulated financial services environment. This combination of consulting and corporate experience provides him with a strong perspective on both risk management and practical financial execution.
